A Change in Seasons, One Valley Apart

This photograph was taken at the first viewpoint on the Grizzle Lake trail in Tombstone Territorial Park, YT. This was the last day campsites were reservable (though we didn't stay due to the inclement weather, but instead hiked in and out the same day). I loved how you could see the colours of late fall in one valley, and then in the next further north and west, oncoming winter, with snow-covered peaks. This could only be captured via a panorama. It had also started snowing as we hiked, hence the snow cover on the ground.
